Remote allows the assistance of experts to operators through the remote connection and increases their field of vision by placing drawings, indications or instructions, incorporates a communication platform, an environment for incident management and a database with the previous incidents and their technical resolution. In addition, it can be operated with smartphones, tablets or augmented reality glasses (ex: Microsoft HOLOLENS 2) in the operation area (customer, workshop, factory or maintenance center) and, based on the attending specialists, the desktop application can be used with a pc, as well as a Tablet or Smartphone. Each device must have a license for REFLEKT REMOTE.
